		<description>I recently injured my trap doing shrugs. I don&#039;t quite know how I managed it as I was using a lighter weight so I could perform a few higher reps (10-12).

I didnt feel anything until the next morning when I had really bad neck pain, flowing from my traps.

Any idea how I could have injured myself so I can prevent myself from doing so in the future?</description>
