Throughout The Bodybuilding Blog you’ll find information aimed at helping normal people grow big without resorting to the more extreme anabolic supplements. Not everyone is blessed with the genes to become a bodybuilding superstar, nor do most of us have the time to train like a professional bodybuilder.
This doesn’t mean we can’t aspire to a superb physique that is notable for its strength, health and yes, bulk. It just means you have to plan smart, eat healthy and train with intensity. And that’s what this site sets out to show you in plain language that everyone can follow.
Although we’ll focus mainly on basic bodybuilding principles and the needs of beginners to begin with, over time the emphasis will shift to cater for intermediate and advanced bodybuilders. That doesn’t mean these groups aren’t catered for now – we will be addressing some advanced topics from the outset, including bodybuilding nutrition and supplementation. And we’ll be looking at some of the current professional male and female bodybuilders for inspiration.
With the content we plan to provide in the near future and on an ongoing basis we hope that The Bodybuilding Blog will become an important and useful bodybuilding resource for bodybuilders of all levels. Hopefully you’ll participate in the site by submitting your questions and suggestions through the comments facility or by joining our forum when it’s set up.
